Company Profile
KSA is an abbreviation for Keith Stenhouse Automotive but stands for
Knowledge, Service and Advice, giving Vehicle workshops a one stop for
equipment and service. KSA was started by its present owner Keith Stenhouse in November 1986
selling Dieseltune and Wheelforce products throughout the South West.
We are still selling these products today.
After a few years of selling products and with the arrival of Dennis Graham, a past Service Manager of Tecalemit, KSA started a service side to the business to offer our customers a complete package for supply, maintenance, repairs and calibrations.
In 1999 KSA acquired the business of Blue
Chip Engineering to expand our customer portfolio and increase the
number of engineers to meet our expanding client base.
Today KSA are the South West's leading provider of Equipment and Service
offering a manned central call point, supplying quality products and
local engineers providing a service you can rely on.
Our Blue Chip Customer Promise |
|
The Blue Chip Customer Promise encapsulates what we stand for and forms the foundation upon which our future business relationships will be developed. All customer enquiries will be dealt with using three fundamental yardsticks: |
Speed, Accuracy and Courtesy |
|
We will work in partnership with our
customers to ensure we provide a tailor made solution to
the customers equipment needs. You can be assured that
although any order is important to us, a long term
business relationship will always be our objective. |

Knowing
that every day you have a piece of non operational
equipment you will be losing income, we will endeavour
that an engineer will be with you no later than 24 hours
after your request - if not even the same day.
