Another new Boston Class VII bay Boston's huge 6.1m long 6 tonne capacity four post ATL MOT lift was the choice for G&A Commercials of Bridport when they were planning their new workshops. KSA worked closely with Hugh and Liss from G&A and not only moved equipment from their old workshops but also planned and installed a new class IV & VII MOT bay with all the latest ATL facilities,KSA also supplied and installed a Stertil-Koni 5 tonne two post lift and a Rotary 5.5 tonne four post lift. G&A's new workshops are a credit to them, and are probably the most modern and best equipped workshops in the Bridport area. KSA are very proud to have been choosen to work with them. Hugh was very impressed with the adapabilty of the Stertil-Koni two post, they have a customer with a Tut-Tut, (a small 3 wheeler used all over India as a type of Taxi). The Stertil-Koni had just finished lifting a 32' long Motorhome and without any special adaptors the arms swung in enough to lift the Tut-Tut which is less than 8' long. Being able to offer their customers a class VII MOT test has been important and the added benefit of having an MOT lift that has a capacity of 6 tonnes has enabled G&A to lift unladen 7.5 tonne HGV's. ATF centre now open in Yeovil with help from KSA VOSA are trying to close their HGV Test Stations and to do this they are approving ATF (Approved Test Facility) in private HGV workshops. These test bays must be to strick VOSA requirements and the number of stations in any area are limited. KSA supplied all the various hand tools, a diesel emissions machine, calibrated equipment and helped with the test bay layout. If you are thinking about having an ATF please contact KSA where we will do all we can to assist. Introducing the NEW BOSTON ATL MOT lifts KSA are proud to be the main supplier of Boston Equipment in Devon & Cornwall. Boston have invested heavily in a new range of lifts that they believe to be the best and most technically advanced on the UK market. These lifts range from 4tonne to 6 tonne with platform lengths from 4650mm to 6100mm. Amongst the many features of these lifts are, *Fully integrated twin plate hydraulic suspension and steering play detectors on the ATL lift option *Dual control on play detectors either on lift keypad or on remote torch *Unique Any Post Control (APC) which allows operation of lift from any post (optional) *Wide 630mm platforms *Roller bearing radius plates with nylon runners on platforms to prevent metal to metal contact *Control system, pump and safety solenoids all made in the UK KSA have already supplied and installed these lifts to many customers in the Southwest. New Motorcycle MOT bay in Axminster Boston supply some of the very best MOT equipment and KSA have just supplied and installed a new Class I-II MOT bay at Compass Motorcycles in Axminster. KSA worked closely with Andy from Compass Motorcycles and the finished job is something to show off, so here it is.
